As Bewilder Earth Explorers (BEEs), students learn to research, film, and edit their own mini nature documentaries. They'll work with professional videographers and editors to develop teamwork, communication, and lifelong storytelling skills. BEEs blend fun and film to spark awareness about our natural environment.
BEEs are equipped with mobile cameras and editing equipment from day one. They'll play indoor and outdoor games to learn about local flora and fauna, and participate in hands-on workshops to practice filmmaking techniques.
Once a week, BEEs will spend a day at a local park to turn their cinematic ideas into reality. They'll practice patience and resilience in nature as they navigate the benefits and challenges of filming outside.
We blend games, storytelling, and gear to inspire the next generation to deliver outdoor education for the 21st century. Is your kiddo ready to become a Bewilder Earth Explorer?
On Friday, June 28th, we'll organize a film festival for students to showcase their short films
My son and I had an incredible time - he got to crawl around a tent and cuddle with gigantic teddy bears.
I loved the art installations that emulated the feeling of being outdoors. My children loved the make your own trail mix station.
During the event, our children were able to make new friends and play to their full capacity. Bewilder’s first campout for children was amazing.
